The Radial Tonebone Bassbone OD 2-Channel Bass Preamp allows you to take control of your tone. This versatile two-channel preamplifier is ideal for a wide range of situations. You'll be free to easily switch between two electric basses as well as an upright and an electric. Why should the fun end with basses? You can even run your violin as well as any guitar with a pick-up!
Using the pedal has never been easier. Each channel provides you with a varied array of controls to tweak the equalization and dynamics of your sound. If your instrument has both a piezo and magnetic pick-up, then you'll be able to plug in both. This makes the Bassbone ideal for creating innovative tonal blends. You can also use the preamp to simply switch tones as your performance progresses.

Input A comes with a recessed function switch. This is ideal for instruments that feature piezo transducers. By selecting this input into the outward position you'll find that it also particularly suits bass instruments that have both passive and active pick-ups. Should you switch the input inward then this increases the Independence from 220k to 10meg Ohms. Watch out though! This also comes with a 10dB boost. You should engage this if you feel the transient peaks of a piezo pick-up are excessive and need smoothing out.
Input B comes with drag control. This is incredible for emulating the "pure" tone of plugging your bass guitar directly into an amplifier without any buffers to colour the signal path.
