The Focal Sub 12 delivers sub-bass response like no other thanks to its unique design and top-quality components, including Focal's custom 'W' sandwich cone. Designed to deliver huge depth and impact; the Sub 12 combines the high-excursion 'W' cone with the powerful BASH amplifier – providing 600W RMS and 1000W peak-to-peak power. Designed for absolute sonic accuracy, the powerful components deliver exceptional articulation.

Utilising cutting-edge technology, Focal introduced the groundbreaking ‘W’ composite sandwich cone design. This unique cone design helps to optimise the frequency response curve of the subwoofer utilising two sheets of woven glass tissue sandwiched between the structural foam core. The light yet rigid construction helps to control signal transmission speed, helping to provide a completely transparent sound with exceptional phase response.

Adapt to any space – sonic flexibility

In addition to the front-facing laminar port, the Sub 12 also features a wide range of controls on the rear panel of the subwoofer. Rotary controls are included for both the low-pass and high-pass filters, allowing you to attenuate your sound to match any working space. There is also a rotary phase control as well as three switches for sensitivity, polarity and auto stand-by. The wide range of controls allows you to easily troubleshoot problematic acoustic spaces and adapt your sound to any room.

Sleek yet robust design with built-in carry handle

Designed for professionals, every aspect of the Sub 12 has been carefully chosen to deliver superior sonic performance. The 13-inch sandwich cone I housed within a robust MDF cabinet with a front-facing port for eliminating unwanted noise and distortion. The sleek exterior features a built-in carry handle so you can easily transport the subwoofer. The rear panel also features a wide range of connection options including left, right and LFE balanced XLR I/O which can be used with a variety of pro-level audio gear.
